Why I Created Wild Leap Coaching

Most burned-out professionals don’t hit a wall because they’re weak. They hit it because they’ve been carrying everyone else’s needs, deadlines, expectations, and emergencies for way too long.

If you’ve ever felt like you’re the one holding the entire system together—at work and at home—you know how fast that weight adds up. And the wild part? Most of us don’t break because we’re incapable. We break because we’ve been over-functioning for so long that we forget what normal even feels like.

I hear this all the time from clients, and honestly, I’ve lived it too. I’ve been the one who handled the work fires, the household emergencies, the unseen emotional labor—all while thinking, “If I don’t do it, who will?” That belief kept me going… right up until it didn’t. Until I hit my own wall and had to face the truth: competence without boundaries becomes a cage.

This is exactly why I created Wild Leap Coaching. Because high performers don’t need more grit—they need support, clarity, and a space to finally stop carrying everything alone. In our work together, we unpack the patterns that keep you in constant overdrive, rebuild your capacity, and help you reclaim energy that actually belongs to you.

If you’re running on fumes and telling yourself to “just push a little longer,” this is the sign you’ve been ignoring. You don’t have to hit the wall before something changes.
